A Weekly Peek Into Life, Home & Garden
Hi friends, and happy weekend from Utah! I’m waking up here this morning with my daughter and her club soccer team. They have two games on the schedule, and since Utah is in their league, we made a little mother–daughter trip out of it. I’m soaking up this time with her—especially after such a big week. She had high school basketball tryouts and… she made varsity! My mama heart is so proud. I love watching her play and grow in her confidence.
Last weekend, Mike and I got all dressed up for the Respite Care Ball—one of our favorite events of the year. As many of you know, Mike serves on their board, and this nonprofit does incredible work supporting children with special needs and providing their parents with safe, loving respite care. We had such a special night with dear friends and left feeling so grateful.
It was also my sweet daughter-in-law’s birthday on Wednesday, so after Bible Study I swung by with her gift and brought lunch. I treasure these little in-between moments with family—they’re what make the weeks feel full in the best way.
And amidst all the running around, I finally shared my Christmas Home Tour this week! The inside of the house is officially twinkling, and now we’re moving on to decorating the outside—stay tuned for that! 🎄✨
Of course, the holiday excitement doesn’t stop there… early Black Friday sales have already started, and there are some truly amazing deals I’m excited to pass along to you. (More goodies below!)
Next week, we’ll be heading to my mom and dad’s for Thanksgiving, and I’m already looking forward to time with family, good food, and slowing down a bit before the full Christmas rush begins.
