How to Plant Every Seed in My Cut Flower Collection
If you recently grabbed one of my seed collections, either the Cut Flower Collection or the Crazy for Zinnias Collection I have with Dollar Heirloom… first of all, THANK YOU. Truly. This collaboration has been such a dream come true for me. If you didn’t you can grab them HERE and HERE!

When we started dreaming up these collections together, my goal was simple: make growing flowers feel easy, joyful, and doable even if you’ve never planted a single seed before. I wanted you to be able to open that box, step outside, and just start.
But I’ve heard from so many of you (and I love that you reached out!) that you were wishing for a little more guidance on exactly when and how to plant each of the seeds inside.
So this post is your cheat sheet 🌸
Whether you picked up the full cut flower collection or you’re going all-in on zinnias (which… you know I love), this guide will walk you through each flower type included in your box, so you know exactly what to do, without overthinking it.
Think of this as your “lazy girl” planting plan: simple, clear, and designed to help you actually succeed.

How to Plant Every Seed in My Cut Flower Collection
At the end of the day, I want you to feel confident stepping into your garden and not overwhelmed by it. You don’t need perfect rows. You don’t need fancy tools. And you definitely don’t need to follow every rule to the letter.
You just need a little guidance, a handful of seeds, and the willingness to give it a try.
This guide is here to take the guesswork out of it so you can focus on the fun part, watching your garden grow, cutting those first blooms, and filling your home (and maybe a few mason jars for friends ) with flowers you grew yourself.
And if something doesn’t come up the first time? You already know my answer… Just plant more seeds !
I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.
I’d love to have you hang out with me some more! Feel free to follow along with me on any of the platforms linked below.
