9 Favorite Home & Garden Finds I’m Loving This July (Lazy Girl Approved!)
Every month I find myself reaching for the same handful of products over and over again. Some are brand new discoveries, while others have become staples in my home and garden that I honestly can’t imagine gardening without.

If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you’ve probably seen many of these in action already! Instead of answering the same questions over and over, I thought I’d round them all up in one place.
These are the products I’m genuinely loving in July, and yes…every single one gets my Lazy Girl stamp of approval. Scroll down to check out my latest garden favorites !
1. My Favorite Multi-Use Hose Nozzle
If you’re still using an old basic hose nozzle, this one from RESTMO is worth the upgrade.
I love that it has multiple spray settings depending on what I’m watering, but my favorite feature is that it can actually turn into a sprinkler! It makes watering my raised beds and flower gardens so much easier. SHOP IT HERE!

2. The Garden Tools I Actually Love Using
Can garden tools be beautiful?
Apparently yes.
These heavy-duty hand tools feel amazing in my hands and are sturdy enough for real gardening not just pretty enough to hang in a shed.
They’ve quickly become my favorite trowel, cultivator and hand shovel.

3. My Current Favorite Mug + Vase Combo
It’s funny how little things can bring so much joy.
Lately I’ve been filling this tiny vase with whatever is blooming in the garden and pairing it with my favorite gardening mug for my morning coffee.
Some mornings it’s feverfew (from my winter sowing) like you see in the picture.
Other mornings it’s zinnias. Because they are starting to bloom!

4. Mosquito Sticks That Actually Make Evenings Enjoyable
Colorado evenings are one of my favorite parts of summer…
…except for the mosquitoes.
These incense sticks have become part of my nightly routine whenever we’re outside on the patio. They smell wonderful (much better than citronella candles in my opinion) and have helped make evenings outside so much more enjoyable. Shop them here!
5. Earthworm Castings (My Garden Secret)
If you’ve followed me for long, you’ve heard me talk about worm castings. I add them to every single raised bed each year before planting. They help improve soil, add beneficial microbes, and encourage healthy root growth.
It’s one of those simple things that takes just a few minutes but pays off all season long. If I could recommend only one soil amendment, this would be near the top of the list. SHOP them here!
6. Yes…I’m Vacuuming Japanese Beetles
I know.
It sounds ridiculous. But desperate times call for desperate measures.
Instead of hand-picking Japanese beetles one by one, I’ve started using a small handheld vacuum to suck them right off my zinnias.
Honestly?
It works surprisingly well. If you’re battling Japanese beetles this year too, you’re definitely not alone!

7. Flower Earrings I Wear Almost Every Day
These might be the least “garden” item on this list…
…but if you know me, you know I can’t resist flowers.
These lightweight flower earrings have become my everyday pair. I get asked about them nearly every time I wear them, and they make me smile every time I put them on. Sometimes it’s the little details. Aren’t they so cute? SHOP them here!
8. Organza Bags (One of My Favorite Garden Hacks)
I know this sounds random…
…but I absolutely LOVE organza bags.
I use them to:
- Save zinnia seeds
- Protect blooms while they’re drying
- Cover flowers for seed collection
- Organize seed heads

9. My Favorite Solar Lights
One of the easiest ways to make your backyard or front yard feel cozy is by adding soft up- lighting.
These solar lights automatically come on each evening and create the prettiest glow around our landscaping and I LOVE how they light up our hydrangeas!
