Welcome Home Saturday : My Thrift Store Addiction

It’s Saturday and today we are headed to watch the CSU Rams take on the CU Buffaloes in volleyball. This is a huge rival game and one I look forward to every year. Did you know that I used to play volleyball for CSU?Crazy right!? I may be small (5’4″) but I am mighty! Ha! I played back row as a defensive specialist.

And guess what? Our 12 year old, Grace is playing volleyball for her middle school currently! She is loving it and I am so proud of her. She has never played before and was so brave and tried out. Watching my daughter play the sport that I have loved for so long is something so special that I just can’t explain.

Happenings At Home

Now that Fall is in the air I have definitely caught the bug to decorate our home for Fall. I will be sharing part 1 of our Fall home tour this coming Monday and I can’t wait for you to see it!

Did you catch that I have been all about the copper accents this Fall? I shared my DIY copper lantern last week and so many of you loved it. Well my sweet husband hooked me up with these gorgeous copper moscow mule mugs! They are from Amazon and so affordable. He made me a Friday night mule last night and I swear it tasted better in copper mugs!

Also, this week I had a fun order from Smallwood Home arrive! Have you shopped with them before? This summer when we were in Mexico we had family photos taken and I ordered them as framed canvases when Smallwood Home had their Labor Day sale. They came and I am in love. I can’t wait to show them to you. I’m thinking of hanging one by the front door and three at the top of our stairs.
