Happenings at Home

This week I have been doing a lot of behind the scenes stuff for the blog along with my Instagram page and also something very special that I can’t wait to tell you about!

I will be launching that VERY special opportunity on February 1st. I can’t spill all the beans yet but I promise you will be the first to know. It has to do with gardening and zinnias and that is all I can say!

I had two meeting this week to hash it all out and get the ball rolling and now I can’t wait to get it all up and running. I promise its going to be AMAZING! So stay tuned and look for some emails coming your way soon.

On the family front we celebrated Mike’s birthday, got back into the school routine along with dance and basketball. I personally had some weird neck issues, which thankfully are getting better but it seemed to interrupt my sleeping and to -do list. Looking forward to next week and having it be productive.

Working Smarter Not Harder

I still have all of our Christmas up and if you follow me over on Instagram and watched my stories I spilled a secret.

I am actually on round 2 of Christmas decor! Yep, you read that right. My awesome mom came over a week ago and we completely redecorated for Christmas so I can use the pictures, videos and more for next year’s content. Christmas is my biggest season here on the blog so it is important that I am prepared.

So basically I am working a year ahead. This will be so helpful because next fall we have our oldest getting married and that means I can completely focus on this special even rather than stressing over Christmas! I already feel so good about how ahead of the game I am Thanks to my wonderful mom). This is not usually how I work and I’m hoping to keep working smarter and not harder!

This Week On The Blog

This week over on the blog was all about the updated posts and taking a look back on some of my all time favorite posts from previous years.

First up, I revamped my post on How to Grow Paperwhites Indoors & Use them in Your Decor! If you crave some flowers and color and fresh growth this time of year you are not alone. I have those same feelings! And forcing paperwhite flowers is the perfect way to do this at home!
